Frequently asked questions

How does booking work?

We are so happy you have chosen us to glow up your event!

Fill out the above booking form and we will get back to you soon.

Once we have confirmed the availability for your order we will send an invoice for a 50% deposit to be paid to secure the booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer.

Our hire agreement will also be sent along with the invoice.

Please use invoice number for your deposit reference. 

The remainder of the invoice will need to be paid 7 days before the event. 

Does it cost extra for collection the following day?

No. If your event is running late we will most likely pick up the following day at no extra cost as long as this is communicated when booking.

Can I pick up items and install myself?

We don't offer dry hire/self installation. Your install is included in your price. (Minimum $250 order for free Install)

If you are wanting something under $250 we will quote you on Install upon request.

Do you deliver/Install outside of Cairns?

Yes! We can deliver and Install to surrounding areas such as Port Douglas and the Tablelands. Reach out for a quote on delivery to areas outside of Cairns.

Are your items for Indoor use only?

Our Hire items can be used outdoors but are not weatherproof. They can not be used in rain or heavy wind (especially flower walls and 

We will only set up our pieces in a clean and safe space.

Some items require power so please ask ahead if your functions venue has access for this.

Do you offer hire for more than one day?

Yes we can offer hire for multiple days at a cheaper daily rate. Email us for a quote.
 

Can you do custom backdrops/signs/neons?

We absolutely can! If you have a vision of something we don't have and we have time to make something custom then please reach out. We have some great local resources to make your visions come to life!
